The world we distinguish of today, dwells in the crowded abode of technology and progressions in science. The world is moving at a fast step with man realizing his scientific anger in greater depths with each passing flicker of time. But it should never be forgotten that the current picture of the world was forever misshapen by the contributions of countless personalities who finished this reality possible.  What started with simple creations and postulates advanced into complex accurate rules and developing new means? From the theorists and masterminds of antique Greece to present day scientists in every crook of the world, we have seen mysterious intellectual aptitudes define the very course of human life and reality.  They have functioned for the welfare of manhood with their research and complete our modern survives easier.  Scientists have pursued investigation in various fields across the world. A Polish physicist and chemist, she is generally remembered for her ground-breaking work in radiation. She was the first woman to win the Nobel Prize, the only woman to win in two arenas and the only person to win in numerous sciences.  In 1903 she received the Nobel Prize in Physics with her husband Pierre Curie and in 1911 she was gave the Nobel Prize in Chemistry.  She exposed plutonium and radium and did extensive research on radioactivity.  She planned a theory of radioactivity and also a technique of separating radioactive isotopes. She is seen as a representation of women empowerment in the arena of science with her awe-inspiring attainments and breakthroughs. Sadly she died of anemia brought on by years of contact to radiation finished her work and investigation.
